What We Do
Our in-house tool room offers Prototype, Production Mold Making per customer design, and tool repair & maintenance. Before we ship your die, we sample it in one of our presses to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Plastic Injection Molding
MMTP’s manufacturing capabilities include insert and over-molding, thick-wall stock shape cylinders, rods, tubes, and sheets from high-performance thermoplastics using Intrusion Molding.
Displacement Intrusion Molding
MMT&P have partnered with Specialty Polymers LLC to manufacture thick-wall stock shape cylinders, rods, tubes and sheets from high-performance Engineering thermoplastics using patent-pending Displacement Intrusion Molding (DIM) Process.
Assembly
From start to finish, MMTP offers complete Product Assembly Services. We combine our fabrication capabilities and machine shops to offer expert assembly and sub-assembly.
Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding is a post-processing technique designed to join parts together using a solid-state weld. This technique is useful when bonding two plastics together or when working with other dissimilar objects that have trouble bonding.
