Production Machine Operator
Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient operation of production processes while producing a quality product in a safe and clean environment.
Duties Include:
1. Being reliable and dependable
2. Conducting self in safe manner
3. Reading and following electronic work instructions
4. Filling in required paperwork for the documentation of daily production run
5. Efficiently directing small work crew
6. Operating equipment at or above plant efficiency and scrap goals
7. Participating in plant continuous improvement exercises
8. Setting up, changing over, and properly shutting down all applicable production equipment
9. Performing other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate or GED recipient
2. Demonstrate an ability and a willingness to interact in a team environment
3. Willingness to accept and adjust to manufacturing change
4. Understands and practices ergonomic methods
